At HSCV, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Through our Youth Investment Program, we support children and adolescents facing hardship by investing not only in their education, but also in their confidence, emotional well-being, relationships, and future opportunities.
In rural Vietnam, many children and adolescents face challenges that extend far beyond the classroom. Financial hardship, family pressures, limited access to emotional support, and rapidly changing social and digital environments can make it difficult for young people to reach their full potential.
We work alongside children, families, schools, and communities to ensure young people have not only access to education, but also the confidence, life skills, and support systems needed to thrive.
How We Support Youth
Young people thrive when they are supported not only as students, but as individuals connected to families, schools, and communities. Our Youth Investment Program takes a holistic approach by helping children and adolescents build the education, confidence, and support systems they need to succeed in school, in relationships, and in life.
Blossom Clubs
Building Confidence, Leadership, and Resilience
Through school-based Blossom Clubs, adolescents in rural Vietnam build confidence, strengthen social-emotional skills, and develop healthy decision-making through interactive, teacher-led learning.
Blossom also includes focus on digital safety and resilience, helping young people navigate online spaces with greater awareness, confidence, and support.

Graduating high school is an important milestone—but the transition into university, training, or employment often brings new challenges.
Through scholarships, mentoring, and Student Support Circles, HSCV helps young adults build confidence, independence, and strong support networks for the future.
Meet the Blossom Clubs
The Blossom Clubs are the heart of our youth development work. Designed for adolescents ages 11–14, Blossom helps young people build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop the social-emotional and life skills they need to navigate adolescence safely and successfully.
Through teacher-led, school-based sessions, students participate in interactive learning, creative activities, mentoring, and guided reflection, creating safe spaces where young people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
As the world around them changes, Blossom is also evolving to include digital safety and resilience, helping students build healthy online habits, recognize risks, and know when to seek support.

Helping Children Stay in School and Keep Learning
For many families in rural Vietnam, the cost of education can quickly become a barrier. School fees, uniforms, transportation, learning materials, and other daily expenses can place children at risk of falling behind or leaving school altogether.
Through HSCV’s education support, children receive scholarships and tailored assistance based on their individual needs—helping them stay engaged in school, reduce stress at home, and continue building toward a brighter future.
Because every child’s situation is different, our support may include school supplies, bicycles, study materials, or other practical resources that help remove barriers to learning.
Beyond High School
Walking With Young Adults as They Build Their Future
For many young people, graduating high school is only the beginning. Pursuing university, college, vocational training, or career opportunities often means leaving home, navigating new responsibilities, and building independence for the first time.
Through HSCV’s Beyond High School support, young adults receive scholarships, mentoring, and peer connection through Student Support Circles, helping them build confidence, life skills, and strong support networks as they prepare for the future.
