School Scholarships
Without the school scholarships provided by HSCV these wonderful children would be forced to stop attending school. For only $50 you can sponsor an at risk child with a year of school fees. In return you will receive a photo, biography, and have the opportunity to exchange letters, pictures and drawings with the child. Donate $50 now, using paypal's safe and secure network For an additional $205 you can sponsor the child's family with a monthly donation of rice for one year. This donation provides the family with the flexibility to purchase other needed items such as protein, vegetables and clothing. Donate $255 now, using paypal's safe and secure network. Portions of your donation to any of direct sponsorship options will be used to support other HSCV programs where funding may be lacking. |

I first visited Vietnam in May of 2001. My second trip was 6 months later. Needless to say I was instantly drawn to Vietnam. When my father Chuck De Vet asked me to team up with him to establish HSCV I couldn't turn down the opportunity. For the first few years I traveled twice a year between Vietnam and the States. It wasn't until 2004 that a began to spend extended periods of time in Vietnam. I now spend the majority of the year in Vietnam. It has been a long road to get HSCV to where it is today, but I'm proud that I have been a part of the journey. Humanitarian
Services for Children of Vietnam was incorporated in September 2001. The
organization was granted 501(c)(3) status by the Internal Revenue Service
in April 2002. All donations to the organization are fully tax deductible.
HSCV is a non-sectarian organization, unaffiliated with any other organization. |
